Payments

1. Registration fee includes proceedings in CD, lunches and dinners on May 28-29, refreshment during breaks, (accommodation is not included)
   • Advance Registration Fee: USD $300 March 15, 2011
   • Late or on-Site Registration Fee : USD $350 after March 15, 2011
   • Extra Page Fee: USD $20 per page (over six)
   You paper will not be included in the proceedings if your registration fee is received after 15th of April.
2. Fee for companions
   USD $120 per person * (number of companions) = $
3. There is a limit of 6 pages for each paper in the proceedings. The additional pages can be included, as long as the registered author pays the fee of US$20 for each extra page.

4. Fee for hardcopy proceedings and CDs
   Hardcopy:USD $85 per set * (number of sets) = $
   CD: USD $20 per CD * (number of CDs) = $

 Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your registration, 85% of theregistration fee will be refunded up to one calendar monthprior to the conference. No refund will be granted ifcancellation is made within one month of the conference.

 Paper Presentation Policy

• We expect our presenter to be on time for presentation.Please bring your Powerpoint file in USB flash drive. Fifteenminutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.

   • Authors out of Wuhan are advised to use fee remittance or bank transfer.
